Why are you located and operating?

We only operate within the Sterling Heights and Troy Area.

How does this service work?

You would begin by filling out our comprehensive intake form with all relevant personal information, including your name, contact details, and your designated delivery or pick-up addresses. It is important that you/recipient are present at both locations to ensure that you can receive the package and load it into the delivery robot without any issues. You will need to carefully place the package into the robot, ensuring it is secure, and also someone will need to be present when the robot arrives at final destination to extract your package upon delivery.
